Two people have died after a train hit a car in South Australia. The incident took place after 3pm in Mallala, about 60km north of Adelaide. The train was travelling south towards Adelaide when it crashed with a Ford 4WD at a level crossing. Emergency services attended the scene of the crash and pronounced the two occupants of the vehicle dead.
